Spicy soup

This soup is nutrition enough to be satisfying but light enough to be easy on the digestion. Eat the chicken only if you feel hungry enough. The spices will make you sweat, which is a natural way of cooling the body and elimination toxins.

Put the chicken in a pot with 1.5 litres of water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 45-60 minutes to get a good stock. Add the vegetable and spices and simmer for a further 20-30 minutes. Non-meat eaters can make same soup without chicken.
